Scott Miller
Lead Pastor
In 2000, Scott and Megan moved back to his hometown with a vision from God to start a church that is now defined as Jesus Centered, Spirit filled! Pathway Church is the product of that vision. As the Lead Pastor, Scott is the main visionary, teacher, leader of the Staff/Elders, and gives oversight to the missions area of our church. Megan currently gives leadership in many different areas at Pathway, including women’s ministries. They have three daughters, Ashton (married to Trevor Klotz), Tate, and Hayden. They reside in Middlebury. Scott enjoys Notre Dame football, reading biographies, and the excitement of getting mail in his mailbox at his house.
Josh Nice
Executive Pastor
Josh and Alexis started attending Pathway Church in 2007. After 20 years working in public education, Josh was called to ministry at Pathway and joined the staff in March of 2022. As the Executive Pastor, Josh provides leadership to both staff and volunteer leaders to carry out the vision of the church. He also oversees the Lifegroup ministry of the church. Josh and Alexis have three children: Jeremiah, Ellianna, and Annalia. Josh and Alexis enjoy walks together, playing games as a family, and Josh enjoys reading and playing guitar and drums.
Jeremy White
Next-Generation Pastor
Jeremy and his wife Jenna joined the Pathway pastoral staff in 2020 as the Next Generation Pastor. They reside in Middlebury and have five fantastic kids, Titus, Haddie, Benny, Jubilee, and Selah. Jeremy oversees all levels of the Pathway Kids Ministry here at Pathway from infants all the way up to kids in 6th grade. He additionally gives leadership to our Pathway Student Ministry for 6th-12th grade students, while also overseeing the Serve Teams. Jeremy is an Indianapolis Colts fan, enjoys golfing when he has the time, and loves making Lego creations with his children.
Ashton Klotz
Worship Ministry Leader
Ashton has attended Pathway since it’s beginning as she is the oldest daughter of Lead Pastors Scott and Megan. She and her husband Trevor were married in April of 2020 and have a heart to see God’s kingdom grow through the local church. Ashton has served in Pathway’s worship ministry for over 10 years and was hired as our Worship Ministry Leader in 2023. She oversees our Worship Ministry as well as our Communications and Video Team. Ashton enjoys baking, gardening, and home decorating. Trevor and Ashton met at a trade school for Audio/Video Production and own a small business doing such work together. Trevor works full time at PWI in Nappanee.
Zachary Reimer
Creative Media Coordinator
Zachary has been attending Pathway since 2008, and has joined the staff in 2023. After attending Evangel University and spending summers serving in Pathway students, Zachary spent a year in Germany as a Missionary. Then in the Spring of 2023 Zachary settled into Pathway. Assisting in various design and creative measures part time; as he’s also pursuing a Masters in Theological Studies. When he’s not thinking about fonts, Zachary likes backpacking, traveling of any sort, and coffee to what some have called a pretentious degree.
