  • Scott Miller - Lead Pastor

    In 2000, Scott and Megan moved back to his hometown with a vision from God to start a church that was ALL IN! Pathway Church is the product of that vision. As the Lead Pastor, Scott is the main visionary, teacher, leader of the Staff/Elders, and gives oversight to the missions area of our church. He has three daughters, Ashton (married to Trevor Klotz), Tate, and Hayden. Scott & his family reside in Middlebury. Scott enjoys Notre Dame football, reading biographies, and the excitement of getting mail in his mailbox at his house.

  • Josh Nice - Executive Pastor

    Josh and Alexis started attending Pathway Church in 2007.  After 20 years working in public education, Josh was called to ministry at Pathway and joined the staff in March of 2022.  As the Executive Pastor, Josh provides leadership to both staff and volunteer leaders to carry out the vision of the church.  He also oversees the Lifegroup ministry of the church.  Josh and Alexis have three children: Jeremiah, Ellianna, and Annalia.  Josh and Alexis enjoy walks together, playing games as a family, and Josh enjoys reading and playing guitar and drums.

  • jeremy white - next gen pastor

    Jeremy and his wife Jenna joined the Pathway pastoral staff in 2020 as the Next Generation Pastor. Jeremy oversees all levels of the Pathway Kids Ministry here at Pathway from infants all the way up to kids in 6th grade. He additionally gives leadership to our Pathway Student Ministry for 6th-12th grade students, while also attending to other pastoral duties. Jeremy and Jenna have four fantastic kids (Titus, Haddie, Benny, and Jubilee) and reside in Middlebury. Jeremy is an Indianapolis Colts fan, enjoys fishing for whatever will bite, and loves making Lego creations with his children.
